Improved cholesterol levels

I began using this product after my cholesterol check, discovering that while my overall cholesterol was low, my good cholesterol (HDL) was also quite low. My doctor recommended Niacin among other things. At my subsequent cholesterol check, I noted a 5-point increase in my HDL levels. I nearly exclusively use Now Foods.

For many years, I have taken this product to enhance my cholesterol readings. It releases gradually into the system, and I take two daily with food. I prefer this to typical high cholesterol medications and have found it to be a superb alternative.
